Men of Leadership.
Pi Kappa Phi was founded to create leadership opportunities-by men who chose to lead. We’re looking for men who exemplify that same spirit- that leadership is a choice, rather than an office or position. And, Pi Kappa Phi sets the standard in leadership development with the most innovative and progressive programs in the Greek Community. With opportunities ranging from corporate levels leadership training programs to life strategy workshops, Pi Kappa Phi is committed to developing strong leadership in its members.

Men of Academics.
Academics are important to every fraternity man; however, not every fraternity man is provided with the resources necessary to help him achieve academic success. Pi Kappa Phi provides advising and mentoring exclusively to its members through the Academic Coaching program-a program that is unmatched in the fraternal world. This level of support shows our strong commitment to academic achievement of our members.

Men of Sportsmanship.

Pi Kappa Phi competes to win, but not all costs. There is a right way and a wrong way. The right way involves displaying sportsmanship-through dedication to your team, respect for your opponent and dignity in winning and losing. Your conduct and attitude as a sportsman speak to your quality as an individual. Whether in competition on the intramural field or on stage during Greek Week, Pi Kappa Phi is looking for those individuals who strive to compete with sportsmanship at all times.

Men of Service.
All fraternity men are involved in service, and Pi Kappa Phi takes that commitment seriously. Pi Kappa Phi is the only fraternity to establish and maintain its own national philanthropy, an organization call PUSH America that enhances the quality of life for people with disabilities. Imagine cycling across America to raise funds and awareness for individuals with disabilities. Imagine building an accessible playground so children of all abilities can play together.
